- You are what you eat - Choose wisely to feel and look your best
- Fast 12 hours from food between dinner and breakfast ( “break the fast”)
- Walk 5 days this week for 30 minutes
- Commit to 7-8 hours of Sleep 5 nights each week - integrate Detox foot patches
- Meditate 5 minutes daily to eliminate brain clutter
- Start today with a personal positive Affirmation written down and placed on your bathroom mirror, office desk, refrigerator and car dashboard
- Learn to Dry Body Brush to enhance lymphatic system
